Delete your Bookar account and data
In the app
Open Bookar, go to Settings > Delete Account and confirm. Your account and data are deleted straight away. If you have an upcoming booking (as a player, or on a ground you list), cancel it or wait until it is over first.
Without the app
Email bookar.support@gmail.com from the email address you sign in with, with the subject "Delete my Bookar account". We will confirm and delete your account within 30 days.
What is deleted
- Your profile (email, name, photo) and sign-in account.
- Your bookings, the payment details and screenshots you submitted, and your reviews.
- Your messages, owner application (CNIC, WhatsApp and payout details) and any grounds you listed, with their photos.
Copies in our hosting provider's backups are overwritten within a limited period. Nothing is kept for advertising or analytics, because we don't collect any.
